Brides! Welcome to Bride Bible. The ultimate list of UK Wedding Vendors. Whether you are looking for venues, photographers, cake designers, wedding planners – the list goes on – we have them all. Constantly updated with ‘quick-links’ to websites and Facebook pages, this list is a great starting point to begin planning your Wedding. Additionally, if you have any questions, or are hunting something in particular, Tweet your questions to @BrideBible and we will re-tweet to all our followers and find you the answers you seek.

Are you a Wedding Vendor? Every weekday evening, Twitterverse is alive with the buzz of networking hours. Whether specific to industry or county, examples include #DevonHour, #BrizzleHour, #HandmadeHour, #TwitterSisters to name just a few.  By ‘following’ their chosen Hashtag, users have immediate access to every other individual or business in that group. Including the Hashtag in your Tweet, allows you to promote your business to everyone else, and make local and relevant connections. These virtual conferences are the modern way to network, and each hour can provide users with multiple new followers and ‘likes’. If none of this makes sense I suggest you just join in!

In March 2013 we started #BrideBible. This hour, every Thursday 8-9pm, invites wedding suppliers to share their work and make connections with others in the industry. Each week we have more followers and active ‘Tweeters’ (over 100 by end of May 2013) and everyone gets really involved to promote each other’s work and help make connections. Designed as a ‘virtual Wedding Fair’, we have seen vendors make direct connections with Brides, as well as pointing them in the direction of others.

Advertising is expensive, and Twitter opens doors to promotion via ‘word-of-mouth’ so to further enhance the work done by tweeting and re-tweeting, we have put together a ‘Bride Bible Directory’ that provides quick links to the work of all our #BrideBible vendors. If you want to be added please DM @BrideBible, similarly if you wish to opt out.
